BlackRoads Records is an independent music label operating from Romania. The Site serves as our public-facing identity, contact surface, and legal presence for distribution partners, platform integrations, and the public.

5. Third-Party Platforms
Our music is distributed on third-party platforms including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Deezer, Tidal, and Pandora. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. BlackRoads Records is not responsible for third-party platform operations, policies, or outages.
6. Automation, APIs, and Platform Integrations
To publish and manage content across third-party platforms, BlackRoads Records may use authorized API integrations and automation tools. All automated actions operate within the scope of credentials we have lawfully obtained from each platform and in compliance with each platform's developer terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
